CHARGES

Hospitalisation at the Cardio-Thoracic Centre is usually charged according to an all-inclusive tariff comprising all treatment, accommodation, laboratory tests and medical fees. Charities assume responsibility for almost half of this amount (direct expenses incurred), whilst the Centre and the teams of doctors and surgeons undertake to bear the other half thereof.

Country of origin of patients receiving treatment within the framework of humanitarian action

Thanks to the support given by charities, which play a role in welcoming our humanitarian action patients, every year the Centre accepts patients from very diverse origins, such as Mauritania, Egypt, Russia, Serbia, Montenegro…

This diversity is productive and enables us to make our modest contribution to the problem of congenital cardiopathy. It also fosters the development of links with foreign healthcare establishments or the exchange of know-how and the supply of equipment.
